2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, evaluating any real estate opportunity, and complying with all applicable laws.

You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. NexusPlot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to NexusPlot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." NEXUSPLOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUSPLOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. NexusPlot's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusPlot from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other users or third parties.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive any right to a class action.
